We’re partnering with a leading global SaaS company building products used at scale across international markets. They’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive delivery, uplift engineering standards, and lead a high-performing team building modern, scalable products. What you’ll be doing Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable, customer-facing SaaS products Own technical direction, delivery, and engineering standards within your squad Coach and mentor engineers (performance, growth, capability uplift) Work closely with product and architecture to deliver high-impact features Drive best practices across performance, security, testing, and CI/CD Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on continuous improvement What you’ll bring Experience leading high-performing engineering teams (approx. 4-6 Engineers) Strong hands-on capability across full-stack development Tech exposure across: C# / .Net / .Net Core React / modern frontend frameworks Java nice to have Microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems Cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalability Comfortable operating in a product-led, agile environment Why this role Lead and shape globally used SaaS products Strong balance of hands-on leadership Work in a team that values ownership, quality, and continuous improvement
